Job Responsibilities

• Process and endorse clients’ visa applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Handle submission, monitoring, releasing, and mailing of visa documents and ACR I-Cards.
• Coordinate with government agencies such as BI, PRA, DOLE, DFA, PSA, NBI, and other related offices.
• Perform fieldwork, assist clients during medical/laboratory procedures, and support passport delivery or payment collection when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and strictly follow company policies, procedures, and Data Privacy regulations.
• Ensure timely processing of applications and assist during audits when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in documentation, visa processing, or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Honest, trainable, adaptable, and professional.
