The Executive Driver is tasked with ensuring the efficient and secure transport of employees, clients, materials, and company assets. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a proactive approach to safety, and professionalism in both conduct and communication.

Critical Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Drive company vehicles in a careful and lawful manner, following established routes or adjusting as needed to avoid delays. Plan trips effectively by considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and schedule requirements.
  • Provide transportation for company staff, guests, and partners to designated destinations. Handle loading and unloading duties, ensuring that items are securely stored and protected throughout the journey.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks, such as monitoring oil, fuel, tires, and basic functions. Report issues or maintenance needs promptly. Keep logs for trips, fuel usage, and any repairs or service performed.
  • Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward all passengers. Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding trip updates, unexpected delays, or any incidents.
  • Assist with errands or delivery/pick-up tasks as assigned, including document runs or logistical support for internal operations.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a valid professional driver’s license
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Previous experience in a similar driving role preferred
  • Solid understanding of road rules and vehicle safety standards
  • Familiar with major routes across Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu
  • Able to use navigation tools such as Google Maps or Waze
  • Basic skills in vehicle care and troubleshooting
  • Responsible and safety-focused, even in high-pressure situations
  • Capable of working independently and following instructions
  • Good communication skills and respectful when dealing with VIP passengers
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required
  • Reliable, punctual, discreet, and professional in appearance and behavior

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per hour
