1. Plans and supervise building repair and maintenance works by insuring relevant procedures and work instructions are in place, up to date and adhere to company quality standard;

2. Insuring optimum, efficient and cost effective maintenance work is achieved to the highest level of quality, health and safely environment;

3. Procures correct quality materials throughout minor and major maintenance works;

4. Checks agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;

5. Assists in preparing financial reports, statements and/or projections of maintenance cost;

6. Develops and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures;

7. Coordinates and liaise with Government agencies to ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards;

8. Supervises maintenance staff, contractual arrangements for janitorial and security services;

9. Oversees the security system and fire-prevention systems in the building;

10. Coordinates with other contractors regarding the condition and schedule of work;

11. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
