Full job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducts proper and accurate documentation of all transactions/ product movement using the prescribed forms (RR, DR, DM, SI, STO, RCAR, and other authorized documents). Ensures that all transactions are accurately encoded in SAP.
  • Ensures accurate and timely submission of required production/ stock movement reports. Ensure proper stock control of LPG products and accessories, and other company properties and assets. Conduct daily reconciliation between physical inventory stock sheet and book records. Conduct monthly physical inventory count with the Lead Filler.
  • Timely updating of Operational forms, reports, and shared files. Report any abnormality of the data gathered to ensure prompt action by immediate supervisor.
  • Ensures timely renewal and processing of licenses & permits and payment of Real Property Tax to avoid penalties and comply with all government statutory requirements.
  • Monitors inventory level of operating M&S (cap seals, lorry seals, etc.), administrative forms, and other accessories (valves & regulators, etc.) including office and admin supplies. Prepares PRs for timely replenishments and avoid stock-out.
  • Ensures proper handling and strict issuance of revolving funds as per LOA. Reconcile cash count daily and ensure proper safekeeping. Timely liquidation of revolving funds and disbursements to avoid insufficiency of funds/cash.
  • Prepares Payment Requests of billings of local suppliers/ service providers and secures approvals from BU Heads and company officers. Prepares monitoring of all RCPs to guarantee timely payments of all suppliers and service providers.
  • Act as a Record Keeper (or as designated by the Plant Supervisor) in case of emergency or when ERP is activated. Actively participates in Emergency Response Trainings to ensure acquisition of basic skills to be able to respond and assist in case of real emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course, degree in business related course is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in MS Office and Google Suites Applications
  • At least 2 years related experience

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
