Key Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Design System Maintenance: Support the upkeep of Pawnec, Pet Pulse & Vetscribe design system by managing components, icons, and color styles.
• Scenario Coverage: Develop mockups for negative scenarios and edge cases (e.g., failed uploads, lost connections) to ensure design completeness.
• Handoff Documentation: Prepare and label design assets for engineering handoff in Shortcut, ensuring clear communication with our development team.
• User Research: Participate in user research activities, including the creation of journey maps, user personas, and empathy maps.
• Branding Alignment: Ensure all designs align with Pawdel’s brand personality and professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree/specialist program in UI/UX Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Figma Skills: Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and basic prototyping.
• Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of the Design Thinking process and user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of student or professional projects showcasing storytelling and design thinking.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking skills & time management.
• Interest in Pet Tech: A genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve veterinary workflows and the lives of pet owners and veterinarians.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php1,999.00 - Php2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
