JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate, and timely hiring and appointment of talent.
• Provide coordination support for recruitment projects and sourcing activities, including online talent searching and customized screening strategies.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and provide customer service support to business units and candidates regarding recruitment and selection concerns.
• Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
• Provide administrative support in vendor management.
• Facilitate order processing, invoices, and payments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With at least two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment, HR, or related field.
• Familiar with relevant employment laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
• Willing to work under an agency.
• Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
