The Talent Attraction Associate is responsible for providing support in the manpower deployment in all project sites on time and on target and ensuring to provide quality direct project hires and skilled workers.
Minimum Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employer brand
- Experience in handling construction manpower specifically skilled workers is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Application / Google Workspace
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to be deployed in Cagayan De Oro
