Full job description

Jr. Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing and dispensing orders and provide patient counselling; Ensures safe, effective and rational use of medicine for all patient; Works closely with the healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes and patient safety; maintains compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards and proper medication management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist
  • With or without experience
