  • Receiving and storing soiled materials used in the hospital
  • Carrying out the process of decontamination or disinfection prior to sterilization
  • Carrying out specialized cleaning of equipment and supplies
  • Receiving, cleaning decontaminating, packaging, and sterilizing medical devices that can be distributed
  • OPERATES AUTOCLAVE MACHINE. Using methods like steam sterilization (autoclaving) to kill microorganism.
  • Preparing sterilized items to different departments and units within the hospitals
  • Supplying sterilized items to different departments and units within the hospital
  • Rendering and issuance of medical supplies
  • Monitoring of consumables, Purchase requisition and charge ticket
  • Performs related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
