Full job description

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representatives to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and present the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and daily call reports.
  • Participate in product training, sales meetings, and company activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (preferably Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
