Field Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representatives to join our in-vitro diagnostics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates to build a career in medical sales while representing cutting-edge diagnostic solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate in-vitro diagnostics products and services to existing and potential healthcare clients
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and stay updated on industry developments
- Achieve designated sales targets
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and market feedback
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel extensively throughout Luzon
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals

Experience
