Full job description
1.Maintains 100% usage of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation to those confirmed in our Health Care facility to follow with regards to Universal Health.
2. Attends to the inquiries of the patient/relative of the patient.
3. Checking the eligibility of the patient/dependent in philhealth portal.
4. Gives or informs the relative list of requirements for philhealth availment for private, indigent, senior citizen, sponsored and self employed member/dependent.
5. Monitors in/out patient everyday.
6. Educates and coordinate with the patient the importance of Philhealth
7. Assists patients relative in securing assistance in CSWD and PCSO requirements
8. Monitors and collect Accounts Receivable from the patient or relative.
9. Prepares report of all the remaining receivable and collected amount for the month.
10. Follows up receivable through letter and thru sending message
11. Conducts patients visit if necessary to discuss their balance
12. Prepares Mandatory Monthly Hospital Report every month for Philhealth.
12.1 Summarizes admissions and discharged for the month
12.2 Download database for the month to get the highest case rate to lowest case rate for the month
12.3 Summarizes data per Category of usage of Philhealth
12.4 Prepares daily census of the patients
13. Assists online the relative of the patients/relative.
14. Prepares requirements needed in the application of PCSO requirements.
15. Sending the requirements to PCSO email address to claim assistance.
16. Monitors the amount approved by PCSO, once approved print the Guarantee Letter and gives to patient or relative said amount for payment purposes.
17. Submits the needed requirements (original documents) to the PCSO Lipa City Branch for payment purposes before one month of discharged of the patients..
18. Monitors payment from PCSO to our Health Care Facility.
19. Other functions requested by others.
