Job Description:
- Assist customers in booking rides through the JoyRide Superapp mobile application
- Provide guidance to customers unfamiliar with the app to ensure a smooth booking experience
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously
- Promote JoyRide services and encourage repeat bookings by delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or a college undergraduate
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
- Preferably with experience in customer-facing roles
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to a shifting schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay (NAIA Terminal 3)
