The Security Head is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's security programs, policies, and procedures to protect employees, customers, company assets, facilities, and operations. The role ensures a safe and secure working environment through effective risk management, incident prevention, emergency preparedness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards across all company locations.
• Lead and manage the security team, including security supervisors, guards, and third-party security service providers.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate identified threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
• Investigate security incidents, theft, fraud, vandalism, workplace violence, and other security-related concerns.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Develop and implement emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry security standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and service providers.
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections of facilities, warehouses, offices, retail stores, and project sites.
• Prepare incident reports, security assessments, and management reports.
• Promote security awareness among employees through training and education programs.
• Manage the department's budget, equipment, and security resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or corporate security management.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience in a security role.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, investigations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and incident reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Licensed Criminologist and/or Certified Security Professional is an advantage.
• Former military, police, or law enforcement experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing security for retail stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and corporate offices.
• Knowledge of loss prevention, inventory protection, anti-theft measures, and fraud detection.
• Experience coordinating security operations across multiple locations nationwide.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics security practices.
• Ability to develop security strategies that protect high-value electrical products, equipment, and company assets.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
