Job Description

  • Lead and monitor team performance and discipline.
  • Implement and adjust production schedules as needed.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Support process improvements and line evaluations.
  • Enforce work standards, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Review and submit reports on production activities.
  • Coordinate with other teams to meet production requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Graduate
  • At least 1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • Knowledgeable in quality control, line balancing, and tact time process .
