  • Prepare and process import manifest documents accurately and on time.
  • Verify shipment details, cargo descriptions, container numbers, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and port authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve manifest discrepancies or documentation issues.
  • Maintain records of import transactions and shipment documentation.
  • Update shipment and manifest data in logistics or ERP systems.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding shipment arrivals and clearance requirements.
  • Generate reports related to cargo arrivals, delays, and customs processing.

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
