Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Staff to support the daily administrative and operational activities of a travel agency. The ideal candidate has experience in the travel industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and documentation.
- Prepare, process, and organize travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and other service providers regarding reservations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and office files.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents as required.
- Monitor schedules, appointments, and travel deadlines to ensure timely processing.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in processing payments, issuing receipts, and coordinating billing when necessary.
- Support the management team with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a travel agency is required.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel documentation and visa requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
