We are looking for a Mandarin Translator who will assist with translation, employee data management, sales reports, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the alignment and assignment of employee code numbers for newly hired employees.
• Update and maintain new references for Request Forms.
• Update and verify the alignment and accuracy of Sales Agents’ KPI Reports.
• Assist with Mandarin translation for documents and internal communication.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with the ability to read, write, speak, and type.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Computer literate with good attention to detail.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
