The Company is in the business of multilingual content conversion, processing and delivery. We're a medium-sized, stable company operating uninterruptedly for decades.

We are looking for go-getter, reliable and committed individuals to join our Operations Team.

The Team handles daily projects in multiple languages, working with our talents located in different countries and time zones around the world.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years being a Project Manager, Shift Supervisor or Team Leader of a team doing Transcription/Subtitling services or Language services such as Translation, Language Teaching, Interpreting or Localization. Those with proven Project Management skills will have an edge and may be selected as Team Leader among the chosen candidates.
  • Analytical Thinking: you don't just obey orders, you know how to solve problems on your feet. Then you are not shy to present your solution to the team, or better, take the lead to fix the problem yourself.
  • Team Player: You do not hoard information or skills, you share them so you surround yourself with better team members. You also are aware that you don't know everything and you're not the best all the time, so you will rely on your teammates to fill in your blind spots -- together you share victory or defeat as a single unit, not just for your own self-promotion or individual achievement.
  • Language: Good English proficiency (Strict focus on Written, not Verbal). You will not be doing any services yourself, but will be coordinating with our talents using written English.
  • Work mode: This role requires on-site work, Monday through Fridays at our office building in Marcos Highway (Marikina Area). There is no option to do hybrid work or WFH arrangement; however for those who live far away, there are available bed spaces at our any staff house across our office building for a very affordable rate (offered to women only).

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Interact and negotiate with clients via email and chat to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Talent Collaboration: Interact and collaborate with our talents via email and chat to form strong professional partnerships.
  • Operational Agility: Stay online and responsive while preempting and preparing for any unexpected situations in the workflow to consistently meet fixed and immovable daily deadlines.
  • File Management: Manage and process documents and files to ensure both clients and suppliers are satisfied with the results.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular reports to both Management and the Client.

Main Qualifications:

  • Immediate Availability: Ready to start anytime (not currently employed or with no required exit rendering period).
  • Shift Flexibility: Can be assigned to any shift: Dayshift, Midshift, or Graveyard shift (with ample body clock adjustment).
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written English skills and highly computer literate.
  • Efficiency: A fast worker who is deadline-oriented and capable of effective multitasking.
  • Ownership: Ready to take full accountability for all assigned tasks.
  • Commitment: This is a full-time role requiring full commitment. We are a well-established company that hires for keeps.
