Role 1: Recruitment Coordinator

You'll run the operational core of our recruitment process: job order intake, recruiter briefing, client feedback collection, and keeping our systems accurate. You'll work across all accounts, both agent and non-agent.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next. You'll start by running structured processes, but we expect you to notice gaps, suggest improvements, and bring ideas, not just execute. If you treat this as a thinking role from day one, you'll grow fast here.

What you'll do:

• Run structured job order intake calls with clients
• Brief recruiters clearly on role requirements
• Track candidate submissions and collect client feedback
• Keep our ATS accurate and up to date
• Monitor SLAs and flag blockers early
• Escalate the right things, and handle the rest yourself

Role 2: Recruitment Associate

You'll own the full recruitment cycle for non-agent roles: tech, non-tech, and EOR. From sourcing to screening to submission, you'll manage candidates and client relationships across your assigned accounts. AI-assisted tools handle the repetitive sourcing work so you can focus on judgment calls: who fits, what the client actually needs, and how to close.

We don't want order-takers. We want recruiters who have opinions about the pipeline, push back when something doesn't add up, and take initiative on accounts without being asked.

What you'll do:

• Source and screen candidates using AI-assisted tools
• Manage active pipelines across assigned accounts
• Submit qualified candidates and coordinate client feedback
• Refine search criteria based on what clients respond to
• Coordinate directly with clients on submissions and process updates
• Hit placement targets. This role is output-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
