Social Media Marketing Manager Games

We're looking for a results-oriented Social Media & Community Manager who is passionate about video games and has proven experience growing gaming or entertainment brands in the US market.

This role is responsible for driving measurable audience growth, engagement, and visibility across multiple game titles, regions, and social media platforms. You will manage multiple accounts simultaneously and create scalable content systems that support social media, SEO content, and email marketing.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Growth & Strategy

• Drive organic audience growth across multiple game titles and platforms, focusing on the right audience for each game rather than vanity metrics.
• Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies for X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Facebook, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Manage multiple game accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent execution and performance.
• Build scalable content systems that enable high-volume content production across multiple titles and regions.

Analytics, Reporting & AI

• Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and content trends to drive growth decisions.
• Use AI-powered analytics and workflow tools to improve reporting, content planning, and operational efficiency.
• Create monthly reports with actionable recommendations and measurable business impact.
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data and KPI results..

Content Marketing & SEO

• Produce high-volume social media content across multiple platforms and game titles.
• Write SEO-focused editorial content, including gaming articles, buying guides, listicles, reviews, and discovery-focused content.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, newsletters, and community content.
• Ensure content supports discoverability, audience growth, and player acquisition goals.

Email Marketing & Subscriber Communication

• Plan, write, and execute subscriber email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
• Connect editorial content, social media content, and email marketing into a unified content strategy.
• Monitor email performance metrics and continuously improve engagement.

General Marketing Support

• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and community initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas and content concepts across multiple marketing channels.

What You Bring

• Native or business-level English
• At least 2 years of professional experience managing and growing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Proven experience delivering measurable organic social media growth in the US market.
• Experience managing social media for gaming, entertainment, consumer brands, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of platform analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
• Experience using AI tools for analytics, research, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
• Experience creating and managing high-volume content across multiple social media platforms.
• Experience writing editorial, blog, or SEO-focused content.
• Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Genuine passion for video games and gaming culture.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience marketing console games (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox).
• Experience growing gaming communities in North America.
• Experience with SEO strategy and content marketing.
• Experience working with localization teams and multilingual content.
• Experience with influencer campaigns and creator outreach.
• Advanced proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content production tools, with the ability to create social media assets independently.

Opportunity to relocate:

• We are offering the opportunity for you to relocate and work at our HQ in Tokyo, Japan after a certain period of time and depending on work performance. (Support with visa application etc.)

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
