Full job description

Position Title: Branch Assistant (BA)

Job Division: Geographical by Area

Reports to: Branch Manager

Supervises: This is not a supervisory position

Based at: Branch office

Purpose of Position:

Assure efficiency in handling cash at the branch and deliver excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and disburse money to customers and reconcile and tally the cash on hand at the end of the day with the books and computer record

2. Record all branch transactions accurately, issue official receipts for branch transactions and maintain books and ledger using best accounting practices

3. Perform bank transactions and fund transfers using proper security procedures

4. Ensure all safety precautions with Opening and Closing protocol and safekeeping of keys

5. Assure customer satisfaction, maintaining good customer service as defined by Academy trainings

Scope of Authority and Limitations:

  • Manage cash in Branch
  • Limited to assigned Branch only and reports to Branch Manager for approval

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
