Customer Service Assistant
Acts as a liaison, providing product information and assists in resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.
About the job:

Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance. (40%)

Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers. (30%)
-
Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times. (20%)

Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exist, reports issues to manager. (10%)

Other duties as assigned.
About you:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

Five to seven years of experience
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Analytical skills
-
Strong communication skills
-
Experience with SAP preferred

High attention to detail
