We are seeking a talented Brand Management & Communications specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team at The Medical City in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen our market position, enhance our reputation, and communicate our healthcare excellence to diverse audiences. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that reflects our values and resonates with patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that align with The Medical City South Luzon's overall business objectives and market positioning
  • Oversee the consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and communications channels
  • Create and manage compelling brand messaging and content that communicates our healthcare services, values, and patient care excellence
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications campaigns, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder updates
  • Monitor and analyse brand perception, market trends, and competitor positioning to identify opportunities for strategic brand enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and operational departments to ensure cohesive brand representation
  • Develop and manage crisis communication protocols and response strategies to protect and maintain brand reputation
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials aligned with brand strategy
  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives that reinforce our market presence
  • Measure and report on brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in brand management or marketing are advantageous
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that drive market awareness and business growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and traditional media
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics software
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities combined with data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical considerations in healthcare marketing is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand initiatives whilst contributing effectively to a team environment
