The Medical City South Luzon is looking for a Medical Clerk who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent administrative support in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to medical and clinical departments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and medical documents.
  • Accurately encode and update patient information in the hospital information system.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, forms, and basic instructions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and document routing.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree; a healthcare-related course is an advantage.
  • Experience in clerical, administrative, or medical office work is preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
