Open position for CPF Agro-Industrial Business (Philippines)

Location : SOUTH LUZON AREA
We need : SALES TECHNICAL OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Sales Technical Officer is responsible for promoting and selling dressed chicken, poultry cuts, and other dressing plant products. The role develops new accounts, manages customer relationships, provides technical product information, and coordinates customer requirements with Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with one to two years of experience in sales, technical sales, poultry, meat processing, food manufacturing, or food service.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may be considered.
• Knowledge of poultry products, dressing plant operations, cold-chain handling, GMP, and food safety is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, travel, and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
