As Admin Clerk, you are to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Patient intake and registration.

2. Patient comfort and support.

3. Performs clerical duties such as filing of paperwork, managing records, and maintaining of patient database.

4. Provides basic information to patients about the medical procedures, treatment plans, and medications.

5. Helps patient understand their billing and insurance.

6. Deliver high quality customer service by addressing patient concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a compassionate and empathetic approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be graduate of any 4-year course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Organized and attention to details.

3. Willingness to learn and to adapt to hospital set-up work environment.

4. With customer service skills is a plus.

5. Must be willing to work in Makati City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
