We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and hardworking Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• College graduate (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales or as a Medical Representative is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to do fieldwork in Quezon City.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adapt to different work assignments or territories.
• Hardworking, responsible, and goal oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Listens well, follows instructions, and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Honest, professional, and dependable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Visit assigned clients and established new customer accounts.
• Promote and present company products and services professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales and collection targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports on time.
• Attend product training, meetings, and company activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary: (Entry Level)

• Mobile Load Allowance
• Probationary employment for six (6) months
• Opportunity for regularization based on performance
