Full job description
The Medical City Clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager for Gateway. This role oversees the day-to-day management of a clinic ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget
- Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems
- Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction
- Aligns the business on the latest regulatory requirements and national/local public health protocols
- Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of any health allied course, with valid PRC license
- Preferably at least five (5) years work experience in supervisory/managerial level.
- Desirably at least one (1) year industrial related work experience as Manager.
