Full job description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, AB Psychology, or BSBA major in Human Resource Management
  • Registered Psychometrician (RPm) is required
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and score psychological assessments within the scope of practice of a Registered Psychometrician.
  • Score and interpret standardized psychological tests, including objective personality assessments such as the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF), Raven's Progressive Matrices, and IQ tests.
  • Prepare clear and accurate written summaries of clients' behavior observed during psychological testing.
  • Document relevant observations, including incidental interactions with parents, guardians, or peers when applicable.
  • Ensure proper administration, confidentiality, and safekeeping of psychological assessment materials and records in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
