Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservation Account (Call Center | Davao City)
Onsite | Up to ₱26,000 Monthly Basic Salary | Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to hotel reservations and accommodations
- Assist customers with room bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and availability inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding room rates, hotel policies, amenities, and accommodation options
- Process reservations efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex reservation or accommodation concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
- Interest in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
