JOB SUMMARY:
- The Hotel Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or in any related field
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
