Full job description

Job Role:

1. Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day during Eastern Time business hours
2. Follow provided scripts and contact lists to reach target prospects
3. Navigate gatekeepers (receptionists/secretaries) professionally to reach decision-makers
4. Leave compelling voicemails when prospects are unavailable
5. Set qualified appointments with senior executives for company representatives
6. Maintain detailed call logs and tracking documentation
7. Achieve quality over quantity in call execution

Qualifications:

1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Skilled at respectfully getting past receptionists and assistants
3. Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations without panic
4. Understand prospect concerns and respond appropriately
5. Represent the company with integrity and confidence
6. Willingness to follow processes and learn from feedback
7. Basic understanding of financial services helpful but not necessary
