Full job description

We are specifically looking for US Citizens (mandatory due to ITAR compliance) who have prior experience in frontline Service Desk / IT Support roles and are comfortable working in a rotational 24x7 shift environment.

Key Requirement Overview:

We are building a 24x7 support team, and the critical requirement is not only technical capability, but candidates who are willing and able to perform frontline end-user support (voice/chat/ticket-based) under a shift-based operational model.

We are also open to candidates sourced through your US expat network or US-based professionals who may be open to relocation or offshore support arrangements.

Target Profile:

US Citizen (ITAR compliance – mandatory)

Service Desk / IT Helpdesk experience

Willing to work 24x7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in enterprise IT support environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline IT Service Desk support (24x7 coverage)

Handle incident and service request management

Troubleshoot basic IT issues (access, connectivity, applications)

Log, prioritize, and manage tickets in ITSM tools

Escalate issues to L2/L3 support when required

Ensure adherence to ITAR and security protocols

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
