Full job description

Analyze and investigate failed or defective PCBs/components from SMT and DIP lines.

Develop root cause analysis (RCA) reports for failures and propose corrective actions.

Perform hands-on repair and rework of defective SMT and DIP boards under engineer guidance.

Support testing and validation of repaired board before returning to production.

Set up and operate test equipment and test stations for production testing.

Monitor test equipment to ensure proper operation and accurate results.

Ensure compliance with safety, ESD and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma, or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics

2-5 years experience i FA, repair, or process engineering in electronics manufacturing

Familiarity with SMT/DIP production lines, defect analysis and repair methods

Knowledge of testing equipment, soldering/rework techniques and electronic measurement tools.

Experience in FCT (Functional Circuit Test) and ICT (In-Circuit Test) systems.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,388.01 per month
