Full job description

JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business/Management, or a related field;

● Strong technical literacy, and ability to understand technology-driven and/or financial sector business processes;

● Excellent research and communication (particularly, written communication) skills;

● Able to translate company processes and technical protocols into clear manuals, memos, standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) documentation, and other business documents;

● Experience in business process documentation is preferred;

● IT background or experience in an IT or financial technology company, or a bank or Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas-registered operator of payment system is an advantage;

● Detail-oriented and organized; and

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other documentation and communication tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Create and update/maintain manuals, memos, policy documents, and guides/documentation on SOPs/how-tos/frequently asked questions for various company processes and projects;

● Work with subject matter experts/other departments to consult and gather information for such process/policy documents, and translate complex concepts into language that is easy to understand and communicate to concerned stakeholders;

● Ensure all process/policy documents adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements (with the Compliance and Legal Departments), and company requirements/guidelines; and

● Work with the Marketing Team to prepare visual aids for training purposes and for communications to users/clients.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
