What you'll do:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone support
• Troubleshoot basic technical and account-related concerns
• Assist users with login issues, software navigation, and product usage

• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal team
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
• Meet productivity, response time, and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation and internet troubleshooting knowledge
• Customer service, technical support, BPO, retail, or online support experience is an advantage but not required
• Willing to learn new systems and tools
• Able to work flexible schedules if needed
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
