Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of any course
  • Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist within a Corporate, Shared Services, or Partner/B2B Training environment.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Operational Excellence Specialist familiar with Lean Six Sigma Principles for process implementation and/or improvement.
  • Deep, demonstrated expertise in classroom management, public speaking, interactive facilitation, and adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to manage a classroom dynamic confidently and adapt delivery styles seamlessly across virtual, classroom, and on-site field environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong bilingual communication skills (English and local vernacular) to connect authentically with diverse local operator segments.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay
  • Can start ASAP

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
