Full job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the negotiation, evaluation and compensability based on insurance policy of a field motor car claims.
- Review and update new pending claims on a daily basis in coordination with Customer Relation Associate.
- Provide premium verification follow up thru e-mail and phone call.
- Evaluate compensability of reported claim based on submitted report and documents.
- Assign claims to accredited third party adjuster and recommendation of denial letter issuance.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four year course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in a non-life insurance company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the application of claims guidelines and policies.
- Proficient in interviewing, problem-solving, communication, time management and conflict resolution.
