Job Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Associate

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and maximize sourcing channels.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and update recruitment trackers and systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment metrics such as turnaround time and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or BPO hiring.
• Experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
