Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Safety and Security Officer to manage safety, security, and emergency readiness . The role focuses on maintaining a secure and well-monitored environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and monitoring of premises, including entry/exit points and surrounding areas
• Implement and enforce access control procedures for guests, staff, and service providers
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate action
• Perform routine safety inspections of the property, including fire safety equipment and hazard identification
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and evacuation procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, security logs, and inspection reports
• Coordinate and supervise security personnel and ensure proper coverage at all times
• Provide initial response to medical or safety incidents and coordinate follow-up actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, or related field
• Licensed Criminologist is an advantage
• Certified First Aid Responder
• With training or certification in Fire Safety / Fire Protection
• Certified Safety Officer (SO1/SO2 or equivalent) is preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in security and safety, preferably in residential, hospitality, or private estate settings

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergencies

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
