JOB TITLE : Dental Clinic Assistant - Roving

Location : General Trias, Dasmariñas, Kawit, Tanza, & Imus Branch

I. Job Summary

A dental clinic assistant plays a key role in supporting dentists and ensuring that patients receive quality oral care. They were also prepared to be assigned as needed. Their duties and responsibilities typically include a mix of clinical and administrative tasks. Here's a breakdown:

II. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance

- Assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, braces installation, crowns, extractions)

- Hand instruments and materials to the dentist

- Use suction devices to keep patients’ mouths dry and clear

Patient Preparation

- Prepare patients for dental procedures

- Ensure patient comfort and answer basic questions

- Take and record patient medical history and vital signs

Sterilization and Infection Control

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment

- Follow infection control protocols

Radiography

- Take dental X-rays, ceph xray, tmj

- Process and develop X-ray films or digital images

Material and Equipment Handling

- Prepare dental materials like cements, fillings, and impression materials, brackets and wires

- Set up and break down treatment rooms

Administrative Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Monitor and request dental supplies and materials

- Ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized

- Follow FIFO

- Monitor Repair and Maintenance
III. OTHERS

- Perform other functions that may be designated by the immediate head

  • Willing to train for 6 DAYS at Sta. Rosa Branch Unit G-04 Ground Floor, San Jose Building, Tagaytay Road, Santa Rosa, Laguna (Near AUB and Chowking)
  • Willing to work at GENERAL TRIAS BRANCH - The Mhub 2F. Governor's Drive, General Trias Cavite
  • Willing to work at DASMARINAS BRANCH - Unitop CCS1 - S6 Paliparan 1 Dasmarinas Cavite
  • Willing to work at KAWIT BRANCH - Local Mall, Centennial Road, Kawit, 4104 Cavite
  • Willing to work at TANZA BRANCH - Unit 8A 2F Acacia Plaza, Antero Soriano Highway, Tanza Cavite
  • Willing to work at IMUS BRANCH - Unit F 2F, Cavite Metro MPC Commercial Bldg. No. 3 Patindig Araw, Aguinaldo Highway Anubu 1B, Imus Cavite
