POSITION: Property Officer

WORK LOCATION : Taft, Manila

This role is responsible for the overall operations and technical management of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance, safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

The Property Officer oversees daily building operations, preventive maintenance programs, vendor management, energy management initiatives, and construction/fit-out monitoring. The role also ensures 100% compliance with government permits and building regulations, implements fire safety standards, manages utility consumption within budget, and drives operational improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring maximum equipment uptime and zero downtime
  • Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs
  • Managing third-party contractors and vendor performance (SLA & KPI)
  • Monitoring utilities and controlling OPEX/CAPEX spending
  • Overseeing tenant fit-outs and construction compliance
  • Leading and coaching the property management/technical team
  • Maintaining high client and tenant satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
