Job Summary:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other hardware peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and updates.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity issues. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Assist users with setting up new computers, laptops, and peripherals. Provide guidance on software usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with IT Asset team to select appropriate hardware and peripherals for users. Set up and configure new devices for deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken. Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Assist in enforcing IT security policies and practices. Ensure that
• end-user devices are up to date with security patches and updates.

Educational Background:

• College degree of any IT or related Engineering course

Behavioral/Technical Competencies:

• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware components, and software applications.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php17,000.00 per month
