Full job description

  • At least 2 years Vocational graduate.
  • With or without related working experience,
  • With basic knowledge in requirements of EHS, OHS, Environment, Safety (OHS, Risk Assessment).
  • With skills in documentation and MS Applications ( Teams, Basic Work, Basic Excel, Lotus, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Legal review, Contracts
  • Provide budget information needed on processing quotations and PO by Engineer to be able to correct or to improve existing Facility Process
  • Provide in-house monthly maintenance schedule and request any materials or tools needed by technicians before PM and monitor the progress based on the schedule provided by Engineer
  • Assist senior staff with developing facility plans and strategies.
  • Gather and compile data related to facility operations.
  • Participate, attend or conduct company related activities as may required by Department Policy.
  • Support Process Improvement Initiatives
