Responsibilities:

• Engage with our audience by promptly responding to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
• Provide recommendations for improving our social media presence and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with our audience.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with editing tools such as Canva
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work remotely on evenings and weekends as needed.
