Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the University Registrar, ensures theauthenticity of the scholastic records being submitted to the department by students, requests schools in the absence of such, decides on the eligibility of senior students as candidates for graduation based on the courses they have already completed and attends to the various problems and transactions arising from such matters.
Job Specifications
- Preferably graduate of BS Office Administration, Office Management, and IT-related courses

Specific Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
