Full job description

Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

✅Welcome and assist guest in a friendly and professional manner

✅Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

✅Answer inquiries, provide information, and address guest concerns

✅Manage reservations and room assignments

✅Handle phone calls, emails and other guest communications

✅Maintain accurate records and reports

✅Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

✅Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field

✅Experience in customer service or front desk operations is an advantage

✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅Customer service-oriented with a pleasing personality

✅Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Drive, Hotel Link, booking systems)

✅Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✅Experience with hotel system is an advantage

✅Cash handling experience is a plus

✅Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
