As a Barista at Moonleaf Tea Shop, you will be the face of our café — crafting refreshing milk tea, aromatic coffee, and satisfying merienda while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Your role combines beverage artistry, customer service, and teamwork to uphold the Moonleaf brand of comfort and flavor.

Key Responsibilities

• Drink preparation: Prepare milk tea, coffee, and specialty beverages consistently according to Moonleaf standards.
• Customer engagement: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and recommend menu items.
• Food service: Assist in serving merienda items, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Equipment handling: Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other café tools safely.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy workstation and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Cashiering: Handle customer payments responsibly and accurately.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous café or food service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and café equipment
• Attributes: Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and drinks.

Working Conditions

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
