About the Role

As a Structural Engineer at Ardent, you’ll join one of our specialist teams:

  • Structural Landscaping (pools and walls)
  • Residential
  • Steel Structures

You’ll take ownership of your own projects — from scope to delivery — with the support of a team lead, coordinator, and drafters. You'll plan and track your work in Monday, communicate with clients, and deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs — on time and on target.

This is a fully remote, full-time position.

What Success Looks Like

  • Regular achievement of weekly billing targets (depending on role level)
  • 80%+ of projects delivered on time
  • Clear, proactive communication with your team and clients
  • Minimal rework — thanks to discipline and clear thinking
  • Weekly support via team meetings and coaching

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years experience as a structural engineer
  • Solid grasp of first principles
  • Familiarity with Australian codes and standards
