Job Description

The Store Crew is responsible for selling cakes and pastry products, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining the sales area’s appearance and inventory. This role focuses on sales, stock management, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell cakes and pastry products to customers, explaining product features and promotions
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and displays
• Monitor product stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed
• Promote products and suggest add-ons to increase sales
• Follow company policies on cash handling, product care, and safety
• Address basic customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle products carefully
• Team player, willing to follow instructions, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
