STORE STAFF – KIDS’ PLAYGROUND & CAFÉ

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Store Staff to join our kids’ playground and café team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, especially parents and children
• Handle playground admissions, café orders, and customer inquiries
• Operate the cashier/POS and accurately record all transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Assist customers with playground rules, packages, and bookings
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized playground and café
• Monitor the play area and report safety concerns or damaged equipment
• Restock café and store supplies and assist with inventory
• Promote café products, playground packages, and other store offerings
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• College graduate is an advantage
• Customer service, café, retail, or food service experience is an advantage
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with children
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Honest, responsible, and reliable
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to perform cleaning and general store duties
