Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in the field of Marketing or. Communication Arts;

2. Must be personable and possess excellent communication skills.

3. Computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures New Students conversion through quality customer service;
  • Maintains an inquiry sheet/logbook to record relevant information about the inquirer for marketing follow-up.
  • Ensures that the frontline area has available brochures and flyers for distribution to walk-in inquirers at all times.
  • Ensures the availability of the following files at the frontline area:
  • List of course fees per program
  • Pricelist of uniforms books and other Proware items
  • Schedule of classes
  • Prepares the Walk-In Inquiries, Registrants and Enrollees (WIRE) Report to monitor daily NS.
  • Performs such other duties and functions as maybe assigned by higher officials of the School
