Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensures maintenance of all equipment's, computers and other computer-related peripherals in the computer laboratory and administrative offices of the school.

- Monitors computer utilization in the computer laboratory.

- Monitors internet usage of students in the laboratory.

- Conducts periodic check-up of all computers in the computer laboratory and all administrative offices.

- Performs basic PC trouble shooting.

- Prepares and maintains the following files:

a) Weekly Maintenance Report

b) Equipment Inventory and Status Report

c) Quarterly Software Inventory Report

d) Quarterly Hardware Inventory Report

- Performs such other duties and functions as maybe assigned by higher officials of the school.

Qualifications

- BS Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an IT related course

- Must have strong Information Technology Skills and must be technically familiar in PC Troubleshooting and Repair

- Must have at least two years relevant experience

- Must have good communication skills

- Must be able to work with minimum supervision

- Must be flexible, proactive and highly organized

- Must also possess an inherently high standard of service quality consciousness and responsibility

- Must have the ability to work well in groups and interact with people from all disciplines

- People and service- oriented
