POSITION: Part Time Baking Assistant / Service Crew (FOH)
Branches:
- SM SM Megamall
The Part Time Baking Assistant is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- (Front of the house staff) Assist customers during their baking session
- Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session.
- Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session
- Provide baking tips to the clients
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Qualifications:
- College student / undergraduate (studying courses related to Food and Beverage)
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Amenable to work during weekends
- Amenable to work during holidays if needed
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (Morning / Mid / Night Shift)
